Coming soon: a clinical decision-support module that brings AI to mammography review. It highlights suspicious areas with heatmaps, maps findings to BI-RADS categories and prepares an explainable report for the physician.
DiagnoSENSE is the early diagnosis module of the OncoEASE platform. It analyzes DICOM mammography images with an ensemble of deep learning models and uses Grad-CAM heatmaps to show which region the model focuses on, so the radiologist can assess the AI output together with its reasoning.
Findings are mapped to ACR BI-RADS 5th Edition categories; a guideline-sourced explanation layer and an independent critic layer check the report's consistency. Two separate reports are produced: a professional one for the physician and a plain-language one for the patient. DiagnoSENSE supports the physician's decision and does not make a diagnosis.
