Prepare fire strategy reports in minutes instead of hours. LBFire collects a building's occupancy, architectural, electrical, mechanical and structural data in a smart form, applies BYKHY and NFPA 101-based checks and produces a formatted, editable Word report at the end.
LBFire is fire strategy report software built for fire consultancies and engineering offices. It collects occupancy, architectural, electrical, mechanical and structural project data through guided fields, automatically calculates values such as occupancy class, hazard class, building height and compartment limits, and builds the relevant report sections accordingly.
BYKHY-based checks using occupancy, architectural, electrical, mechanical and structural data
NFPA 101 building class, height and floor area limits
High-rise, atrium, escape stair and emergency elevator requirements
Suppression and location checks for generator, boiler and transformer rooms
Collects every report variable on one screen with free text, drop-down and calculated fields; search by field name or code.
Formula fields update instantly as inputs change; hazard class and compartment results need no manual calculation.
Enter levels and areas floor by floor, and total enclosed area and building height are calculated automatically for up to 60 floors.
High-rise, escape stair, sprinkler, detection and smoke control requirements flow into the report automatically.
Generates a formatted, editable Word (.docx) fire strategy report with every section.
Reports are listed with author and date; download, delete or reload their inputs into the form.
Fill in the form; we'll show you the product live on your own scenario and help you choose the right plan.
